Literature homework for Tuesday 3/24/2020. Read chapter 3. Answer the following questions in complete sentences.
- What happened to Cassie, her brothers, and their friends as they walked to school on a rainy and muddy morning?
- How did they make sure it wouldn't happen again?
- From whose point of view is the story being told?
- Why do you think Mr. Grimes goes out of his way to get the black children dirty?
- How do you feel about the way the black children were educated in the 1930s?

Vocab: Unit 10 Vocabulary TEST is assigned for this week through Sadlier. You should have your passwords. If you encounter problems let me know. You will have from Monday 3/23 8:00 am until Friday 3/27 at 5:00 pm.
Many of you have told me that you used to take the test online with Mrs. Gastmeier. I figured we could try that and see how it works.
